Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam: One cannot be a believer without loving him

An important  branch of faith is love for the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace.  That is, one of the characteristics that a believer must possess and without which no one can be a believer is love for the Prophet.  In the hadith Sharif, the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said

None of you will be believers until I am dearer to him than his father, his children and all people.  Sahih Bukhari, Hadith 15;  Sahih Muslim, Hadith 44

Love for the Prophet sallallaahu alayhi wasallam is a standard, by which everyone can check his faith.  If you feel love and affection for him in your heart, then rejoice;  Allah Ta'ala has given you a characteristic of faith.  Otherwise beware of yourself;  There is still time to be alert and correct.

Can a believer not love the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him?  Through whom mankind got great wealth like faith and the Quran, gained the great fortune of being a believer, who showed us the path of peace in this life and the hereafter, whose blood was shed while showing that path, Dandan Mubarak was martyred, still he shed tears praying for the salvation and guidance of the Ummah in the court of Allah.  So you have to love.

The one who taught people the lessons of humanity, made the earthlings familiar with their heavenly status, opened before them a better world of faith and action, opened the door to the hidden potential of flying to the sky high of faith and consciousness, character and morality freed from the slavery of instinct.  In short, the one who showed man the way to be successful in his human birth must be loved.

How can we be civilized without loving Him and acknowledging His unpayable debt?

Faith teaches us to be civilized people.  Faith asks us to possess all those qualities and characteristics, without which no one can be civilized and beautiful.  And that is why the spread of faith education is very necessary today.

People are purified and refined by the teaching of faith.  His thoughts, feelings, enthusiasm are used in the right field.  His aptitude and ability lead him to the right destination.

Human emotions are also one of his strengths.  This power can achieve the 'impossible' if used in the right way.  On the other hand, its application in the wrong case can turn the society into a hell of decadence-anarchy.

The correctness of the teaching of Islam is that Islam has indicated the correct sphere of human emotions.  Where to use the power of affection-love, and where to use the power of hate-hate, there are clear instructions in the Qur'an and Sunnah.  The summary of that instruction is the following hadith

 مَنْ أَحَبّ لِلهِ, وَأَبْغَضَ لِلهِ, وَأَعْطَى لِلهِ, وَمَنَعَ لِلهِ فَقَدِ اسْتَكْمَلَ الْإِيمَانَ.

Whoever loves for the sake of Allah, hates for the sake of Allah, gives for the sake of Allah, and refrains from giving for the sake of Allah, his faith is complete.  Sunan Abu Dawud, Hadith 4681

This Hadith Sharif informs us that just as we do not have the opportunity to be free-arbitrary in our actions, neither are we in our emotions and passions.  A believer's love will be for Allah, and hatred will be for Allah.  And only then, two human virtues like hate and love will become the way to the perfection of faith.

Anyone who thinks with a calm mind can realize the correctness of this teaching of Islam.  Is not a large part of the decadence of today's human society - immorality - the result of the misdirection of human passions?  Similarly, is not a big part of society's chaos, oppression and injustice?  So these two faculties of human nature must be harnessed.  It should be turned away from the path of arbitrariness and its use should be ensured in proper and proper cases.  Islam teaches us this.

The purest and deepest love for Allah is the love for His Messenger, Khatamul Ambia Wal Mursalin, Hazrat Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace.  There can be no more pure and true love of man for man.  He is more respected and respected by the believer than his father, more loved by you than his own child, more loved than all the loved people in the world.  This pure respect, love and intimacy of the believing heart will be manifested in all areas of life, in all areas.  Thought-consciousness, emotion-feeling, action and motivation, enthusiasm and enthusiasm in all areas.

This holy love will be manifested through the life of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, through unwavering support, submission and love for religion and Shari'ah.  The believer will lead himself and pioneer in all aspects of reciting, following-practicing, spreading and preserving the Sunnah and Shariah.  And do it from the deep love of the heart.  Who does not understand that we can get a beautiful life and a welfare society through following religion and law?

And so love for the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, is a great way to build life and society.  There is no substitute for building a healthy and beautiful life and building a peaceful society.

So let's strengthen our faith, love Allah and His Messenger, enlighten our lives and the world by obeying Allah and following His Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).  May Allah Ta'ala grant us Tawfiq, Ameen.
